The graphs illustrate the ownership of computers as a percentage of the population over a period from 2002 to 2010 and by the level of education for the years 2002 and 2010.

The rate ownership of computers increased over the years with about 55% of the population owning them in 2002 to approximately 70% of the population owning the same in 2010.

There was a clear correlation between the level of education and the percentage of ownership for that education category. The least educated category of high school diploma holders had the lowest ownership rate for both 2002 and 2010, at about 12% and 40%, respectively. This was followed by a substantial increase in the ownership rate for the categories of high school graduates, college dropouts, and Bachelor’s degree holders in the same order. Postgraduate degree holders topped the list of computer ownership with slightly over 70% and 90% of the group owning the device in 2002 and 2010, respectively.

To conclude, the computer ownership rose during each of the years of the said period. There was a positive correlation between the educational qualification of the demographic group and their computer ownership.
