Dear Monica,
I hope this letter finds you and your family well and I’m sorry I haven’t been in touch recently. I am writing to inform you about a weekend trip that I am organizing for my employees, and to get some advice from you about a few aspects if possible.
As we are approaching the end of this year, I would like to offer a fully paid two-day trip to my workers and I have decided that it’ll be somewhere in the countryside. I believe this will be quite an enjoyable experience as well as being a way of showing them my appreciation for their great work this year.
So far, I have only contacted a couple of agencies to get an idea of how much it’ll cost me and organize my budget accordingly. Given the situation, and knowing how well informed you are on the matter of good locations, I would be most grateful if you could please give me one or two options of places to go for this event.
