Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with the taxi service I had used recently.
You see, I called a cab to drive me to school on last Friday. This was because it rained heavily at that moment and I was in a hurry to sit an exam. After I got in the taxi, the driver spent about half an hour on the way, and suddenly he told me that he went to the wrong place because he was not familiar with that district for some reasons. Consequently, I was late for school and missed that exam.
I expect action to be taken to improve the familiarity to the city of all taxi drivers. It is the driver’s responsibility to make sure that he or she can take the passengers to the destination smoothly. Otherwise, the passengers should be informed beforehand so they will not be delayed because of it. So, the taxi company should provide more related training to all drivers in order to combat this situation.
Please take action to tackle this kind of issues as soon as possible. Otherwise, I will complain to Consumers’ Association.
